Presenting another Chamber Minute from Rosey Thomas, Our Theme this year is a Season for Change and your Bay Area Chamber Team has been proactively working areas of transformation. We have been bolstering our Chamber teams, such as our Ambassadors, who are actively seeking new members to grow their dynamic team. The Business Development team is energetically orchestrating events aimed at bringing even more opportunities for businesses and community to come together. Even our Legislative action team is diligently engaging members on the policies and issues facing local businesses; keeping members informed and polling our membership. Our Executive Committee is working to revamp the education committee and We are revamping our website for user friendly changes coming soon!
In our efforts to connect with members we have been distributing our member directories and seeking valuable feedback on the changes they’d like to see in their Chamber. While the ambitious goal of delivering all those directories in a day eluded us, our journey took us to many of your businesses. If you still need a new window decal or Membership directory, please don’t hesitate to reach out, call our office or come on down to 145 Central Ave in Coos Bay. We are well stocked at the office, and we are here for you, so come give us your valuable feedback. We will work this year of change together. Remember our business is helping your business.
