Douglas Fast Net (DFN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Douglas Electric Cooperative (DEC), was launched in 2001. Over the years, we’ve put in the extra hours to deliver fiber-optic voice and data services to homes and businesses from the Oregon coast to the crest of the Cascades.
