The Mill’s BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay has grown into one of The Mill’s most attended events. Finger lickin’ good barbecue, hand-crafted beers and smokin’ hot tunes at the BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay, Memorial Day Weekend. 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm – JUDGING CLASS
Learn the ins and outs of BBQ and become a Certified KCBS BBQ Judge.
(To become a judge: The fee is $100 for non-KCBS members and $75 for current KCBS members. Registration also includes a 1 year membership to KCBS. Pre-registration is required. For more information on becoming a judge, contact Amy Bailey.)
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Meet and greet with cooks and professional pitmasters. Enjoy live entertainment and a no host bar in the Salmon Room. Public welcome. 21 and older

2:00 pm – Jim Monihan Mac ‘N Cheese Challenge turn in. Sample Mac ‘N Cheese from the competitors until 4:00 pm.
*4:00 pm – Awards Ceremony. $13,500 in prize money will be awarded to BBQ competitors! Best brew winners will be announced!
*ALL SAMPLES AVAILABLE AT FESTIVAL ARE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
** Proceeds of the beer garden go to the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Wednesday Business Connection (WBC) is your place to network with the community and is open to the public!
WBC is held every Wednesday 11:30-1 pm, September through May.
